How much does it cost ?

We offer a meal deal to the players for the weekend of £13.50 per head for the entire weekend - this gives 5 hearty meals (plus a saving of £1.50 per head over individually priced meals), although drinks are not included.

If a Sunday Lunch is to be added to the event, the weekend deal price is £15.00 per head. This basically gives the player an entire meal free.

Although we do not normally require a standard charge for catering your event, a booking fee is required for those of you who require a banquet or a spit roast pig.

For a banquet this will be £100 to secure the weekend, with 50% of the banquet price to be paid 2 weeks prior to the event. Of course, the booking fee will be discounted from the overall price of the banquet upon the balance being payable.

A minimum charge of £200 is levied to secure a spit roast pig for the weekend.

Please give us at least 2 month’s notice if you require a pig.
