As long as your belly is full, then our job is done.

Event Catering Services is a family run business whose aim is to provide home-cooked, tasty and nourishing food for outdoor events.

ECS are specifically aimed at Live Action Roleplay weekends, be they high fantasy, vampire, western or sci-fi, although we also cater for pagan celebrations. Menus can be tailored to suit your particular roleplay genre or themed weekend.

We have been established for approximately 5 years to date, catering small to medium sized events.

Whatever the location of the site for your weekend event, and regardless of whether there are on-site facilities or not, we can supply good wholesome, tasty and nourishing food at a reasonable cost.

We try to offer a variety of dishes to suit all tastes. Vegetarians, Vegans and those with dietary requirements or food intolerances are catered for. If you are unsure as to the taste of anything, just ask for a sample.

If there is nothing that appeals to you on the menus, do not hesitate to speak to us & let us know. If we have the ingredients to hand, we will try to accommodate you & make you something different.

This benefits you as organisers, taking away the worry that players will feed themselves sufficiently over the weekend. From the player perspective, they are left free to concentrate on enjoying the roleplay.

We also provide banquet meals for up to 150 people, with menus tailored to suit your particular LRP requirements. Event Catering Services offer the addition of whole spit roasted pigs to compliment your weekend food requirements or your banquet.

All our staff hold CIEH Certificates in Food Health & Hygiene.
