Winter Beef Stew – a heart-warming stew of tender chunks of beef in a rich gravy with chunky vegetables

Corned beef hash – a traditional campfire favourite, served with mushy peas, picked onions & pickled red cabbage

Piquant Mince with Dishy Dumplings – minced beef cooked with peas, sweetcorn & carrots, topped with a delicious herbed dumpling. Served with roast & mashed potatoes.

Moroccan Chicken Stew – tender pieces of diced chicken breast, vegetables & chick peas in a slightly spicy sauce. Served over cous cous.

Mexican Chilli – a slightly milder version of this old favourite, though extra hot sauce is provided for those of you who wish a little more kick to their food. Served over steamed rice.

Cottage Pie served with gravy & garden peas. A traditional favourite for those who prefer plainer food.

Basque Pork & Beans - Chunks of tender pork cooked with a variety of beans, some paprika & a hint of orange. Served over steamed rice.

Hungarian Goulash - Prime diced beef slowly simmered with paprika, peppers & potatoes and flavoured with a touch of caraway seed. Served over steamed rice.

VEGETARIAN OPTIONS

Vegetable pasta bake. A selection of vegetables, cooked in a herby ragu sauce, topped with melted cheese and baked until golden.

Vegetarian Chilli. Again, a mild version of the traditional chilli. Served over steamed rice (made with quorn mince).

Vegetarian Cottage pie - quorn mince & vegetables topped with herbed mashed potato & oven baked.

With all suppers, unlimited rustic bread is offered as well as complimentary sauces.
